摘 要:目的:建立乙氧呋草黄原药中2种甲磺酸酯含量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用DB-WAX(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)气相色谱柱,FID检测器,以乙腈为溶解相,使用安捷伦7820A气相色谱仪对乙氧呋草黄原药中甲磺酸乙酯和甲磺酸异丁酯进行分离和定量。结果:该分析方法的线性相关系数均为0.9999,变异系数分别为0.58%、0.19%,平均回收率均大于96%。结论:该方法专属性高、简单方便、精确度高、重复性好,可以适用于乙氧呋草黄原药中甲磺酸酯的检测。Objective:To establish a gas chromatographic analysis method for two methanesulfonate contents in ethofumesate.Methods:Using DB-WAX(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)gas chromatography column,FID detector,acetonitrile as the dissolved phase,and Agilent 7820A gas chromatography were used to separate and quantify ethyl methanesulfonate and isobutyl methanesulfonate in ethofumesate.Results:The linear correlation coefficients of this analysis method were all 0.9999,and the coefficient of variation were 0.58%and 0.19%,respectively.The average recovery rates were all greater than 96%.Conclusion:This method has high specificity,simplicity and convenience,high accuracy and good repeatability,and can be applied to the detection of methanesulfonate in ethofumesate.
