不同生长调节剂对番茄侧枝扦插繁殖的影响

摘　　要：为了解决番茄实生苗育种周期长,高品质种子价格昂贵等问题,在扦插育苗中通过施用不同生长调节剂,调节处理时间、处理浓度,以缩短番茄育苗周期,提高幼苗品质,降低种苗成本。以番茄品种7558和劳拉的侧枝作为试验材料,研究在浓度为0、20、40、60、80、100 mg/L的生根粉、吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸,分别处理10、20、30 min条件下番茄侧枝扦插的生长情况。结果表明:品种7558在生根粉、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)分别为60 mg/L/30 min(处理浓度/处理时间)、80 mg/L/30 min、60 mg/L/10 min时,品种劳拉在生根粉、IAA、NAA分别为60 mg/L/30 min、100 mg/L/30 min、80 mg/L/10 min时生长状况较好,且不定根的发生情况较好,其中品种7558生长最好;从整体生长势和根系活力来看,萘乙酸对扦插苗生长的影响更显著,而生根粉的效果相对较弱。番茄扦插繁殖生产中,可优先选择萘乙酸进行侧枝处理。In order to solve the problem of long breeding cycle of tomato seedlings and high price of high-quality seeds,different growth regulators were applied to adjust the treatment time and concentration in cutting seedling raising,so as to shorten the seedling raising cycle of tomato,improve seedling quality and reduce seedling cost.The lateral branches of tomato cultivars'7558'and'Laola'were used as experimental materials to study the growth of lateral branches of tomato treated with 0,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L root powder,indoleacetic acid(IAA)and naphthylacetic acid(NAA)for 10,20 and 30 min,respectively.The results showed that cultivar'7558'grew better when rooting powder,IAA,NAA were 60 mg/L/30 min(concentration/time),80 mg/L/30 min,60 mg/L/10 min,respectively,while cultivar'Laola'grew better when rooting powder,IAA,NAA were 60 mg/L/30 min,100 mg/L/30 min,80 mg/L/10 min respectively.The occurrences of adventitious roots of the two cultivars were all better,and the growth of the cultivar'7558'was the best.From the perspectives of overall growth potential and root activity,NAA had more signifi cant effect on the growth of cuttings,while the effect of root powder was relatively weak.The lateral branch treated by NAA could be preferred in tomato cutting propagation production.
