摘 要:匹配到满意与否的国际集装箱海运服务,已然成为影响货物流通和进出口贸易商核心利益的重要因素。首先,基于国际海运实际业务需求,建立带有不同数据类型的三方匹配指标体系,利用匹配指标期望水平与实际水平的比值刻画匹配主体的满意度。其次,分别从发货人、船公司和收货人视角出发,创新性地采用连乘方式将匹配链条中的前后两次匹配满意度进行连接,表现出三者之间独特、现实的匹配关系。再次,将所构建的多边多目标匹配模型转化为非标准的指派问题,并受匈牙利算法的启发,设计出新型的模型求解方法,可在有限次迭代之后获得最优解。最后,通过案例分析,验证所建模型与算法的有效性和实用性。To match the satisfaction of international container shipping services has become the important factor affecting the circulation of cargos and core interests of import and export traders.Firstly,based on the actual needs of international shipping business,a three-party matching index system with heterogeneous data types was established,and the ratio of the expected level of matching index to the actual level was utilized to depict the satisfaction degree of the matching party.Secondly,from the perspectives of the consignor,carrier and consignee,the two successive satisfaction degree in the matching chain were innovatively connected by means of multiplication,which showed a unique and realistic matching relationship among them.Thirdly,the multilateral and multi-objective matching model was ingeniously transformed into a nonstandard assignment problem.Moreover,inspired by Hungarian algorithm,a novel solution was designed to settle that model,which helped obtain the optimal solution through finite iterations.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the model and algorithm were verified through case analysis.
