摘 要:为激励医院临床科室改进医疗质量,提高患者服务满意度,全面提升医院整体医疗服务水平,亟需构建适宜评价医院临床科室医疗服务水平的指标体系。从医疗服务能力、服务效率、服务效益和患者满意度4个角度选取7个核心评价指标,以院内48个临床科室资料为基础,运用熵值法确定各指标权重,综合TOPSIS方法进行医疗服务水平评价与排序,并选取10个代表性科室进行比较和重要性-绩效分析(IPA),明确各自的优势和劣势。结果表明构建的医疗服务水平评价指标体系和熵值TOPSIS评价法使得评价结果有较强的公正性、科学性和指导意义。In order to encourage the clinical departments of the hospital to enhance medical quality,and improve patient service satisfaction,and ultimately raise the overall medical service level of the hospital,it is necessary to establish an index system suitable for the evaluation of medical service level of the clinical departments of the hospital.Seven core evaluation indexes were selected from four perspectives of medical service ability,service efficiency,service benefit and patient satisfaction.Based on the data of 48 clinical departments in the hospital,the entropy method was used to determine the weight of each index,and the TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and sort the medical service level.Ten representative departments were selected for comparison and importance-performance analysis(IPA)to clarify their respective advantages and disadvantages.Empirical research showed that the constructed evaluation index system of medical service level and the entropy TOPSIS evaluation method make the evaluation results more fair,scientific and instructive.
