中国在东亚区域价值链中主导作用的影响因素探析

摘　　要：从价值链分工环节、产业发展、中间品贸易和最终品需求4维度界定了国家在区域价值链中的主导作用的概念,基于2010—2020年ADB-ICIO数据库14个细分行业数据,以主成分分析法测量中国主导作用得分,并从全样本和行业异质性分组样本两方面实证检验要素禀赋、技术创新、行业规模、外商直接投资和经济发展水平对中国在东亚区域价值链中主导作用的影响。实证结果显示:外商直接投资显著抑制全样本和不同要素密集度行业中主导作用的提升,劳动力人数的显著抑制作用存在于全样本、劳动密集型和技术密集型制造业,资本存量和行业规模对全行业、资本密集型和技术密集型制造业中的主导作用均产生显著正面影响,而技术创新对劳动密集型制造业RVC主导作用产生显著正向影响。研究结论对提升中国在区域价值链主导作用具有指导意义和实用价值。This paper defines the concept of the dominant role of the country in the regional value chain from the four dimensions of value chain division,industrial development,intermediate trade and final demand.Based on the data of 14 sub-sectors of the ADB-ICIO database from 2010 to 2020,the principal component analysis method was used to measure the dominant role score of China,and the influence of factor endowment,technological innovation,industry scale,foreign direct investment and economic development level on China′s dominant role in the East Asian regional value chain was empirically tested from two aspects of full sample and industry heterogeneity group sample.The empirical results showed that foreign direct investment significantly inhibits the improvement of the dominant role in the whole sample and different factor-intensive industries.The significant inhibitory effect of the number of laborers exists in the whole sample,labor-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing industries.Capital stock and industry scale have a significant positive impact on the dominant role of the whole industry,capital-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing industries,while technological innovation has a significant positive impact on the dominant role of labor-intensive manufacturing RVC.The research conclusions have guiding significance and practical value for enhancing China′s dominant role in the regional value chain.
