摘  要:根据汽车接插件结构复杂、孔洞结构多的特点,设计一副一模两腔,带侧抽芯机构的高精度注塑模具。利用Moldflow进行模流分析,确定了模具浇注系统和冷却系统的设计方案。考虑到塑件表面精度要求较高且结构较为复杂,模具采用镶拼式型腔结构,由5个型腔镶块组成,选用斜导柱抽芯机构,并基于UG设计复位机构、导向机构以及整体模具结构。According to the structural characteristics of complex structure and multiple hole structure of automobile connectors,a pair of high-precision injection molds with one mold and two cavities with side core pulling mechanism is designed.A mold flow analysis using Moldflow confirmed the correctness of the mold casting system and cooling system.Considering the high surface accuracy requirements and complex structure of plastic parts,the inlay cavity structure is adopted,which is composed of 5 cavity inserts.The core pulling mechanism of the oblique guide column is selected,and then the reset mechanism,guide mechanism and overall mold structure are designed with UG.
