摘 要:从提高中小型养殖场效益、节省人工出发,改良饲料混合工序,利用工程设计原理研制了饲料搅拌机,在确定总体设计思路和工作原理后,进行了总装设计和关键部件设计,试验验证了饲料搅拌机的适用性。结果表明,在搅拌时间为100 s时,混合料均匀度变异系数CV为7%。饲料搅拌机的成功研制可提高中小型养殖场经济效益,对促进农业现代化发展具有一定意义。Starting from improving efficiency of small and medium-sized breeding farms and saving labor,feed mixing process was improved.A feed mixer was developed using engineering design principles.After determining total design concept and working principle,final assembly design and key component design were carried out.Applicability of feed mixer was verified through experiments.When mixing time was 100 s,coefficient of variation(CV)of mixture uniformity was 7%.Successful development of feed mixer could improve economic benefits of small and medium-sized breeding farms and has certain significance for promoting modernization of agricultural development.
