摘  要:以TRT叶片为研究对象,设计一种新型TRT阻尼叶片,利用有限元方法研究该叶片的应力分布及固有模态,并采用瞬态动力学方法研究阻尼叶片的振动响应规律。研究表明:TRT阻尼叶片不仅满足强度要求,而且能够有效降低叶片工作过程中的最大动应力,使振动响应大幅度降低,具有良好的减振性,能够消耗振动能量,从而延长了TRT装置的使用寿命。文章中的分析数据和研究结果为叶片阻尼结构的改进提供了参考依据。Taking the TRT blade as the research object,a new type of TRT damped blade is designed.The stress distribution and natural modes of this blade are studied by finite element method,and the vibration response of the damped blade is studied by transient dynamics method.The research shows that the TRT damped blade not only meets the strength requirements,but also can effectively reduce the maximum dynamic stress and reduce the vibration response greatly in the working process of the blade.The TRT damped blade has a good vibration damping property,it can consume vibration energy and prolong the service life of the TRT device.In this paper,both the analysis data and the research results provide a reference for the improvement of blade damping structure.
