摘 要:为研究低温下茄子幼苗生长发育、叶片色素含量的变化规律,以Q01、Q02、Q03、Q04、Q05、Q06等6份茄子材料为研究对象,对幼苗进行低温处理,调查耐低温指数、壮苗指数、叶片色素含量的变化。结果表明,在6份材料中,Q01、Q02表现出较强的耐低温性,Q05、Q06耐低温性较差,Q03、Q04的耐低温性中等。常温下不同材料间茄子幼苗的壮苗指数、叶片色素含量差异不显著,但在低温处理后整体呈现下降趋势,且差异达显著水平;其中,Q01、Q02材料的壮苗指数、叶绿素含量较高,分别达0.456、0.450和1.381、1.386 mg/g,Q05、Q06材料的壮苗指数、叶绿素含量较低,分别为0.224、0.251和0.979、1.060 mg/g,Q03、Q04材料的壮苗指数、叶绿素含量处在中等水平;6份材料的胡萝卜素含量、类胡萝卜素含量均表现出相同的变化趋势。综上,耐低温较强的材料在低温下壮苗指数、叶片色素含量表现较高,耐低温较差的材料表现较低;壮苗指数、叶片色素含量与茄子幼苗耐低温性强弱有关,该指标可以用来鉴定幼苗的耐低温性。In order to study the growth and development of eggplant seedlings and the change of leaf pigment content under low temperature,in this study,six eggplant materials such as Q01,Q02,Q03,Q04,Q05,and Q06 were taken as the research objects.The seedlings were treated with low temperature,and the low temperature tolerance index,strong seedling index,and leaf pigment content change were investigated.The results showed that Q01 and Q02 showed strong low temperature tolerance,Q05 and Q06 showed poor low temperature tolerance,and Q03 and Q04 showed moderate low temperature tolerance.There was no significant difference between eggplant strong seedling index and leaf pigment content at room temperature,and the overall trend was downward after low temperature treatment,the difference reached a significant level.The strong seedling index and chlorophyll content of Q01 and Q02 were higher,reaching 0.456,0.450,and 1.381,1.386 mg/g,respectively.The strong seedling index and chlorophyll content of Q05 and Q06 were lower,they reached 0.224,0.251,and 0.979,1.060 mg/g,respectively.The strong seedling index and chlorophyll content of Q03 and Q04 were in the middle level,and the carotene content and carotenoid content showed similar trends.The comprehensive analysis showed that the materials with strong low temperature tolerance had higher strong seedling index and leaf pigment content under low temperature,while the materials with poor low temperature tolerance had lower performance.The results showed that the strong seedling index and leaf pigment content were related to the low temperature tolerance of eggplant seedlings,these indexes could be used to identify the low temperature tolerance of seedlings.
