门诊口腔科护理质量管理中运用五常法的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析五常法应用于门诊口腔科护理质量管理中的效果。方法选择2022年1—12月郴州市第一人民医院门诊口腔科10名护士作为研究对象。2022年1—6月为参照组,实施常规护理质量管理;2022年7—12月为观察组,实施五常法护理质量管理,两个阶段各抽取40例患者作为研究样本。对比两组护士的门诊质量考核评分、护理质量评分、两组患者环境与消毒灭菌检查结果。结果观察组护士的门诊质量考核评分、护理质量评分与患者环境、消毒灭菌检查结果合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五常法应用于门诊口腔科护理质量管理效果显著。不但能提升护士的质量考核与护理质量评分,还能保证环境与消毒灭菌检查结果合格率。Objective To analyze the effect of the five-constant method applied in the nursing quality management of outpatient stomatology department.Methods Ten nurses from the stomatology department of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.From January to June 2022,the reference group was used for routine nursing quality management from July to December 2022,the observation group was subjected to five-step nursing quality management,and each of the two stages selected 40 patients as research samples.The results of outpatient quality assessment,nursing quality score,patient environment and disinfection and sterilization were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of outpatient quality assessment score,nursing quality score,patient environment,disinfection and sterilization test results of nurses in observation group was higher than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the five-constant method in outpatient stomatology nursing quality management is obvious,which can not only improve the nurses'quality assessment and nursing quality scores,but also ensure the passing rate of the environment and sterilization inspection results,which is worth promoting.
