集束化护理管理用于肿瘤内科护理质量持续改进中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析集束化护理管理对肿瘤内科护理质量改进的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院肿瘤血液科的30名医务人员为研究对象,依据管理模式分为两组,各15名。对照组为常规管理,观察组为集束化护理管理,对比两组护理管理效果。结果观察组医务人员对工作满意度评分、卫生管理评分、医患关系评分、员工卫生意识评分、就诊环境、服务质量评分、工作能力评分均高于对照组,科室主任及医院管理层对肿瘤医务人员的评价均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科护理质量持续改进应用集束化护理管理能够营造良好护患关系,提高服务质量,得到科室主任及医院管理层的肯定。Objective To analyze the effect of intensive nursing management on the improvement of nursing quality in medical oncology.Methods 30 medical personnel from the Department of Oncology and Hematology of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the management mode,with 15 in each group.The control group was treated with routine management and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing management.The effect of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results The scores on job satisfaction,health management,doctor-patient relationship,staff health awareness,treatment environment,service quality and work ability of medical staff in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the evaluation of medical staff in the department director and hospital management was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing management can build a good nurse-patient relationship and improve service quality,which is affirmed by department directors and hospital management.
