医院护理管理中实行人性化管理的效果分析

摘  要:目的研究人性化管理应用于医院护理管理的效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年9月于菏泽市定陶区人民医院任职的23名护理人员作为研究对象。2020年9月—2021年8月行常规管理,2021年9月—2022年9月行人性化管理。对比两组睡眠质量、工作质量、情绪状态和管理满意度。结果人性化管理模式下,护理人员睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍维度评分均低于常规管理,护理人员文书记录、日常查房、护患沟通、应急管理、病案讨论维度评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化管理模式下,护理人员人际关系、焦虑、抑郁维度评分均低于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化管理模式下,护理人员管理满意度为95.65%,高于常规管理的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理可作为主要的护理管理模式加以推广,该管理模式能够有效提升护理人员睡眠质量、工作质量和管理满意度,稳定情绪状态,具有较大积极影响。Objective To study the effect of humanized management applied to hospital nursing management.Meth⁃ods From September 2020 to September 2022,23 nursing staff serving in Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City were selected as the research objects.From September 2020 to August 2021,routine management will be carried out,and from September 2021 to September 2022,humanized management will be carried out.The sleep quality,work quality,emotional state and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Under the humanized management mode,the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction of nursing staff were lower than those of routine management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the humanized management mode,the scores of nursing staff's document records,daily rounds,nurse-patient communication,emergency management and medical record discussion dimension were higher than those of routine management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the humanized management mode,the scores of interpersonal relationship,anxiety and depression of nursing staff were lower than those of routine management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the humanized management mode,the management satisfaction of nursing staff was 95.65%,which was higher than 65.22%of routine management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management can be promoted as the main nursing management mode,which can effectively improve the sleep quality,work quality and management satisfaction of nursing staff,stabilize the emotional state,and have a great positive impact.
