摘 要:目的探讨院感实时监控系统在职业暴露管理中的应用及效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2022年12月期间宜兴市人民医院发生职业暴露的医护人员123名的资料,以不同管理方法进行分组,对照组(2017年1月—2019年12月,51名,实施院感人工监测),研究组(2020年1月—2022年12月,72名,实施院感实时监控系统),比较两组医务人员职业暴露发生情况及医务人员对院感实时监控系统的满意度。结果研究组管理时效性各指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组暴露方式说明、暴露源情况等登记执行率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对职业暴露管理的满意度(98.61%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于院感实时监控系统的综合措施施行有利于降低职业暴露发生率,提高医务人员职业暴露信息上报效率,满意度高,最终保障自身安全。Objective To discuss the application and effect of the real-time monitoring system for occupational exposure in occupational exposure management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 123 medical staff exposed to occupational hazards at Yixing People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022.According to different management methods,the staff were divided into the control group(from January 2017 to December 2019,51 people,implemented manual monitoring of hospital infection)and the research group(from January 2020 to December 2022,72 people,implemented real-time monitoring of hospital infection surveillance system).The occurrence of occupational exposure of medical staff between the two groups and the medical staff's satisfaction with the real-time monitoring system for hospital infection were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference between the management timeliness indicators of the research group and the control group(P<0.05).The implementation rate of registration,such as exposure description and exposure sources,in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of occupational exposure management in the research group was 98.61%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive measures based on the real-time monitoring system for hospital infections is conducive to reducing the incidence of occupational exposure,improving the efficiency of reporting occupational exposure information for medical staff,increasing satisfaction,and ultimately ensuring their own safety.
