摘 要:该试验设计分2个阶段,第一阶段:选取30头种公猪,随机分成3组;第二阶段:选取600头经产母猪随机分为3组采取同期发情人工受精配种。试验结果表明,种公猪的精液密度B、C组比A组提高8.51%和8.20%。母猪的分娩窝数F组比D组提高了8.30%(P<0.05),配种受胎率提高了8.50%(P<0.05),配种分娩率提高了7.00%(P<0.05),空胎返情率降低了7.00%(P<0.05)。仔猪存活率E、F组比D组提高了3.50%、6.80%(P<0.05)。试验证明,饲喂益生菌发酵饲料可以增加种公猪精子密度、精子活率,提高精子锌元素含量,能使母猪繁育和产仔性能得到改善。The experiment was designed in two stages.In the first stage,30 boars were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.In the second stage,600 parturient sows were randomly divided into 3 groups for artificial insemination at the same time.The results showed that the semen density of boars in groups B and C was 8.51%and 8.20%higher than that in group A.The litter number of sows in group F was 8.30%higher than that in group D(P<0.05).The fertilization rate was increased by 8.50%(P<0.05).The delivery rate was increased by 7.00%(P<0.05).The empty return rate of sows was decreased by 7.00%(P<0.05).The survival rate of piglets in groups E and F was 3.50%and 6.80%higher than that in group D(P<0.05).The experiment showed that feeding probiotic fermented feed could increase sperm density,sperm motility and zinc content in sperm of breeding boars,and improve breeding and litter performance of sows.
