摘　　要：牛结节性皮肤病(Lumpy Skin Disease,LSD),又称牛结节性皮疹,是由牛结节性皮肤病病毒(LSDV)引起的一种牛全身性传染病。根据其发病情况,可分为3种类型:急性、亚急性和慢性。该疾病的临床特征主要是发热、消瘦、浅表淋巴结肿大、皮肤水肿,以及皮肤局部形成硬结节或破溃。麦洼牦牛是川西北牧区珍稀畜种资源和主要经济牲畜,主要生活在平均海拔3000 m以上的区域。随着麦洼牦牛牛肉及其副产品消费量及消费群体不断增大,市场需求逐年加大。频繁的跨区域引种和市场交易给麦洼牦牛养殖产业带来较大的疫病风险。科学预防和治疗牦牛结节性皮肤病对高原牧区畜牧业健康发展有重要意义。Lumpy skin disease(LSD),also known as bovine nodular skin rash,is a systemic infectious disease of cattle caused by bovine nodular skin disease virus(LSDV).According to its incidence,it can be divided into three types:acute,subacute and chronic.The main clinical features of this disease are fever,wasting,superficial lymph node enlargement,skin edema,and local formation of hard nodules or ulceration of the skin.Maiwa yak is a precious breeding resource and the main economic livestock in the grazing area of northwest Sichuan.It mainly lives in the area with an average altitude of 3000 m.With the increasing consumption and consumer groups of Maiwa yak beef and its by-products,the market demand is increasing year by year.The frequent cross-regional introduction and market trading brought great disease risk to Maiwa yak breeding industry.Scientific prevention and treatment of nodal dermatosis of yaks is of great significance to the healthy development of animal husbandry in plateau pastoral areas.
