摘　　要：如何高效地开展基层动物防疫工作,尤其是乡镇防疫工作的开展,其防疫效果与养殖户的收入和养殖情况有直接关系。在当前社会背景下进行展开关于动物防疫的研究,探究在基层动物防疫工作所出现的问题,并且找出其中存在的解决方法。从基层动物防疫队伍、防疫意识、防疫技术以及基础设施等方面分析乌鲁木齐市米东区基层动物防疫存在的不足,并提出可行的对策,通过兽医社会化服务的推广,以推动乌鲁木齐市米东区基层动物防疫工作水平和质量的提高。How to carry out animal epidemic prevention work efficiently at grassroots level,especially in towns and villages,its epidemic prevention effect is directly related to the income and breeding situation of farmers.Carry out research on animal epidemic prevention in the current social background,explore the problems in grassroots animal epidemic prevention work,and find out the existing solutions.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of animal epidemic prevention in Midong District of Urumqi from the aspects of grassroots animal epidemic prevention team,epidemic prevention awareness,epidemic prevention technology and infrastructure,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the level and quality of grassroots animal epidemic prevention in Midong District of Urumqi through the promotion of social veterinary services.
