摘　　要：江苏省丰县养殖业历史悠久,蛋鸡更是受到养殖户的喜好,鸡蛋可以给养殖户带来收入,淘汰的蛋鸡更是价格适中,使得养殖户与消费者双赢受益。蛋鸡价格较为稳定,受市场风险较小,养殖需要的成本少,技术含量低,受到了当地老百姓、养殖户的养殖喜好,大部分以散户、粗放式、规模较小的养殖场为主。在政府政策的支持,市场的需求,产业的倾斜下,形成了蛋鸡产业体系,蛋鸡产业体系的建设解决了养殖业影响环境质量改善的突出问题,推动了蛋鸡养殖业的转型升级,从小规模的庭院养殖发展为集约化、自动化、规模化的现代化产业。Fengxian has a long history of breeding,and laying hens are favored by farmers.The eggs produced by chickens can bring income to farmers,and the eliminated laying hens are moderately priced,benefiting both farmers and consumers.The price of laying hens is relatively stable,subject to less market risk,the cost of breeding needs is less,and the low technical content is subject to the breeding preferences of local people and farmers,most of which are retail,extensive and small-scale farms.With the support of government policies,the demand of the market and the inclination of the industry,the formation of the laying chicken industrial system,the construction of the laying chicken industrial system has solved the prominent problems of the breeding industry affecting the improvement of environmental quality,and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the laying chicken breeding industry,and the development of small-scale courtyard farming into an intensive,automated and large-scale modern industry.
