按摩推拿在妊娠期女性中的临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：妊娠期女性常出现多种特异性症状、伴随疾病,严重影响孕妇及家属的生活质量,甚至危害母婴生命健康。孕妇体质特殊,临床干预手段受到一定限制,因此,需要挖掘更安全、更有效的干预治疗手段。按摩推拿作为中医外治法之一,能够通过作用于人体体表穴位以及特定部位对机体起到整体调节的作用。目前缺乏文献综述总结、阐明相关研究成果。本文整理近年来按摩推拿干预治疗妊娠期女性特异性症状和伴随疾病的临床研究成果,分析可能的作用机制,发现按摩推拿在妊娠期有广泛的应用价值,疗效佳、副作用少、经济简便,广受孕妇及家属认同,但相关机制研究较少。今后应进一步探讨按摩推拿在妊娠期应用的作用机制,便于临床普及与推广,为妊娠期女性探讨、提供更规范有效的干预、治疗方案。Pregnant women often have a variety of specific symptoms and pregnant diseases,which have a great impact on the lives of pregnant women and their families,and even endanger the life and health of mothers and infants.Due to the special physical condition of pregnant women,clinical intervention methods are limited.Therefore,more safe and effective intervention or treatment are need to be explored.Massage and tuina,as one of the external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,can regulate the body as a whole by acting on the body surface points and specific parts.There was no literature review to summarize and clarify relevant research results until this review.In the paper,the relevant literatures on massage and Tuina for treating pregnancy in recent years were sorted out,and the possible mechanism were analyzed.It was found that massage and tuina had a wide application value in pregnancy with good efficacy,less side effects and less cost,which was widely recognized by pregnant women and their families.There was few of paper on the mechanism of massage and tuina for treating pregnancy.In the future,rigorous-design and large-scale clinical trials should be conducted to provide higher-quality,reliable evidence and treatment for pregnant women.
