摘 要:脓毒症是院内病死的主要原因之一。延误诊断及治疗会导致脓毒症预后不佳,因此脓毒症的早期识别有利于尽早启动精准治疗,从而提高治疗效果,降低病死率,同时减少不必要的住院时间和医疗资源的浪费。以往临床用于脓毒症诊断的生物标志物如C反应蛋白、白介素-6、乳酸及降钙素原等,由于其特异度和敏感度等问题,限制了其临床应用。近年来,研究发现多种新型生物标志物可用于脓毒症的早期识别,但是其诊断价值各不相同,有待进一步研究。现就生物标志物在脓毒症早期识别中的研究进展做一综述。Sepsis is the main cause of hospital death.Due to delayed diagnosis and treatment,the prognosis of sepsis is poor.Therefore,early identification of sepsis is beneficial for initiating precise treatment as soon as possible,thereby improving treatment effectiveness,reducing mortality,and reducing unnecessary hospitalization time and waste of medical resources.The biomarkers previously used for sepsis diagnosis,such as C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,lactic acid and procalcitonin,have limited their clinical application due to their specificity and sensitivity.In recent years,studies have found that many new biomarkers can be used for early identification of sepsis,but their diagnostic values are different,with further researches needed.This article reviews the research progress of biomarkers in the earl y identification of sepsis.
