小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析100例于2022年5月至2023年2月来枣庄市中医医院治疗慢性胆囊炎患者的临床资料,按治疗方式分成参照组和研究组,每组各50例,参照组患者采用利胆片进行治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联用小柴胡汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗前后胆囊纵径与横径比、胆囊收缩率变化、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平[坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]、疗效及安全性。结果治疗前,两组患者胆囊纵径与横径比和胆囊收缩率、中医证候积分、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组胆囊纵径与横径比显著低于参照组,胆囊收缩率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胆囊炎选择小柴胡汤加减治疗效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction on chronic cholecystitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with chronic cholecystitis admitted to Zaozhuang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to February 2023.They were divided into a reference group and a study group based on the treatment methods,with 50 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with Lidan tablets,and the study group was treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction in combination with the treatment of the reference group.The comparison was made between the two groups before and after treatment,including the ratio of gallbladder longitudinal diameter to transverse diameter,changes in gallbladder contraction rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6],interleukin-10[IL-10]),efficacy and safety.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of the ratio of gallbladder longitudinal diameter to transverse diameter,gallbladder contraction rate,TCM syndrome score,and TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 indicators in both groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison of the gallbladder longitudinal diameter to transverse diameter ratio showed that the gallbladder longitudinal diameter to transverse diameter ratio in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the comparison of gallbladder contraction rate showed that the gallbladder contraction rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of TCM symptom scores showed that the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 in the study group were lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant di
