摘　　要：文章详细介绍了电压浪涌保护芯片的电路设计。同时介绍了由浪涌保护芯片构成的电压浪涌抑制电路与传统的电压浪涌保护电路的优点。介绍了浪涌保护芯片构成的电压浪涌抑制电路的组成和工作原理,说明了该电路的特点和可靠性。In this paper,the circuit design of voltage surge protection chip is introduced in detail.At the same time,the advantages of voltage surge suppression circuit composed of surge protection chip and traditional voltage surge protection circuit are introduced.The composition and working principle of the voltage surge suppression circuit composed of surge protection chip are introduced,and the characteristics and reliability of the circuit are explained.
