摘 要:松辽盆地北部中浅层常规油因资源分散度高、油气藏规模小、油水关系复杂,导致常规开发工艺难以完成储量提交目标,但可通过压裂改造的方法提高产量。但压裂过程中部分井出现砂堵现象,不仅影响了压裂效果,还造成了严重的经济损失。为减少压裂施工过程中的砂堵现象,提高压裂施工成功率,从优化射孔工艺、优选压裂液体系、优化施工参数和泵注程序以及提高现场管理水平等方面提出了解决砂堵问题的技术措施。改造后,2022年应用于8口井10井次17段压裂施工,一次施工成功率由2021年的85.2%提高至94.1%,现场应用取得良好效果。Due to high resource dispersion,small scale of oil and gas reservoirs,and complex oil-water relationships,conventional development techniques in the middle and shallow layers of conventional oil in the northern part of the Songliao Basin are diff icult to achieve reserve submission targets.However,production can be increased through fracturing transformation methods.However,sand blockage occurred in some wells during the fracturing process,which not only affected the fracturing effect,but also caused serious economic losses.In order to reduce sand blockage during fracturing construction and improve the success rate of fracturing construction,technical measures have been proposed to solve the problem of sand blockage from optimizing perforation process,optimizing fracturing fluid system,optimizing construction parameters and pump injection program,and improving on-site management level.After the transformation,8 wells,10 wells and 17 sections of fracturing construction were applied in 2022,and the success rate of one-time construction increased from 85.2%in 2021 to 94.1%.The on-site application has achieved good results.
