摘　　要：石化企业承包商管理一直存在诸多难题,包括:安全责任制、班组建设、风险管理等,为了提升承包商HSE管理水平,针对当前承包商管理的诸多问题进行分析,并制定HSE评估方式及步骤,同时,以当下某油田内的承包商管理评估为例,分析承包商管理过程中需要重点关注的HSE问题及解决办法,最后针对石化企业承包商HSE管理的主要问题进行归类,提升承包商HSE管理的水平。There have always been many diff iculties in contractor management in petrochemical enterprises,including safety responsibility system,team construction,risk management,etc.In order to improve the HSE management level of contractors,an analysis was conducted on many problems in current contractor management,and HSE evaluation methods and steps were developed.At the same time,taking the current contractor management evaluation in a certain oilf ield as an example,the HSE issues that need to be focused on and solutions in the contractor management process were analyzed.Finally,classify the main issues of contractor HSE management in petrochemical enterprises to improve the level of contractor HSE management.
