摘 要:炼油行业强有力的推动了我国经济发展,但炼厂各装置在运行过程中产生的污水也带来了很多环境问题,威胁着人类的健康和生活,因此对炼化企业污水的有效处理非常重要。炼化污水处理工作根本目的是去除其中含的有毒有害污染物如悬浮物、石油类、硫化氢、氨氮、挥发酚、化学需氧量(COD)等。以此避免污染环境实现水资源的循环利用,降低企业的生产成本。但是由于炼化污水处理工艺流程和技术的限制使得污水处理成为企业的重点和难点。文章阐述了炼厂污水处理技术现状及未来展望,以期望在现有基础上实现技术创新来提升炼化污水处理的质量和效率。The oil ref ining industry has strongly promoted the development of our economy,but the sewage produced in the operation of each ref inery unit has brought about many environmental problems,threatening the health and living environment of human beings,so it is very important to effectively treat the sewage of the ref inery enterprises.The fundamental purpose of ref ining wastewater treatment is to remove toxic and harmful pollutants such as suspended matter,petroleum,hydrogen sulf ide,ammonia nitrogen,volatile phenol,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and so on.In order to avoid environmental pollution to realize the recycling of water resources,reduce the production cost of enterprises.However,due to the limitation of ref ining wastewater treatment process and technology,the wastewater treatment has become the focus and diff iculty of enterprises.The present situation and future prospect of ref inery wastewater treatment technology are described in this paper,in order to improve the quality and eff iciency of ref inery wastewater treatment based on the existing technology innovation.
