摘 要:采用水热法合成诺氟沙星配合物[Ni(NF)_(2)]_(2)H_(4)[SiW_(12)O_(40)]·8H_(2)O(1),利用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱等手段对配合物1进行基础表征。采用纸片药敏测试法和二倍稀释抑菌实验法测试了配合物1和配体对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌活性。利用紫外光谱法研究配合物1与CT-DNA之间的相互作用。结果表明,配合物1对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌活性,配合物1通过嵌插方式与CT-DNA相互作用,结合常数(Kb)为2.0×10^(4)L/mol。配合物1以嵌插方式与CT-DNA相互作用,配合物1对枯草杆菌具有显著的抑菌效果。The complex[Ni(NF)_(2)]_(2)H_(4)[SiW_(12)O_(40)]·8H_(2)O(1)was synthesized by hydrothermal methods.The complex 1 was characterized by the elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The f ilter paper test method and the double dilution method were used to compare the inhibitory effects of complex 1 and ligands on three bacteria,including Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.The interactions between the complex 1 and CT-DNA were evaluated by ultraviolet spectroscopy.The results show that the complex 1 had different degrees of inhibition on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.The results showed that the complex 1 could interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode,the combining ratio was 2.0×10^(4)L/mol.The complex 1 could interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode.The complex 1 had signif icant antibacterial effects on Bacillus subtilis.
