摘 要:在盐酸介质中采用乙酸丁酯作为萃取剂萃取三氯化铁,通过盐酸洗涤有机层后再用水反萃,反萃液经蒸发浓缩去除乙酸丁酯,得到高纯度三氯化铁。考察了水层酸度、相比、萃取时间、萃取级数、洗涤液酸度、反萃相比等参数对乙酸丁酯提纯三氯化铁的影响,并探讨了萃取剂循环利用。结果表明:乙酸丁酯萃取Fe^(3+)最佳的相比O/W=1∶2,萃取时间为2~3 min,水层酸度8~10 mol/L,经萃取3~5级可使Fe^(3+)总萃取率大于99.99%;反萃前,有机层需经AR盐酸或者工业盐酸洗涤;反萃最佳相比W/O=0.5∶1,反萃级数为两级;乙酸丁酯循环使用,萃取能力未见明显下降;三氯化铁经蒸发浓缩后,有机碳含量降低至约20 mg/L,三氯化铁中各项杂质低于1 mg/L,能广泛应用于医药中间体、化学试剂、饮用水处理、精密蚀刻等领域。Ferric chloride was extracted by using butyl acetate as extractant in hydrochloric acid medium.After washing the organic layer with hydrochloric acid,water is used for reverse extraction.The reverse extraction solution is evaporated and concentrated to remove butyl acetate,resulting in high-purity iron trichloride.The effects of parameters such as water layer acidity,phase ratio,extraction time,extraction order,washing solution acidity,reverse extraction ratio,and order on the purif ication of ferric chloride with butyl acetate were investigated,and the recycling of extraction agents was preliminarily explored.The results showed that the optimal ratio for extracting Fe^(3+)with butyl acetate was O/W=1:2,extraction time was 2-3 minutes,and the acidity of the water layer was 8-10 mol/L.After extraction for 3-5 stages,the total extraction rate of Fe^(3+)was greater than 99%.Before reverse extraction,the organic layer needs to be washed with AR hydrochloric acid or industrial hydrochloric acid.The optimal reverse extraction ratio is W/O=0.5:1,and the reverse extraction order is two levels.After 5 extraction backextraction cycles,the extraction ability of butyl acetate did not show a signif icant decrease.After evaporation and concentration,the organic carbon content of ferric chloride decreases to about 20 mg/L,and the impurities in ferric chloride are less than 1 mg/L.It can be widely used in pharmaceutical intermediates,chemical reagents,drinking water treatment,precision etching and other f ields.
