含氟丙烯酸酯的核壳结构设计及自清洁效果研究

摘  要:针对建造物表面易污染、清洁成本高等问题,以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHMA)为氟单体,与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)等通过半连续种子乳液聚合法合成具有核壳结构乳胶粒的含氟丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了氟单体用量、核壳质量比对乳液聚合过程及乳胶膜耐水性、表面润湿性能的影响,并对比评价了室外60天后涂层的自清洁效果。结果表明,DFHMA用量为5%、核壳质量比为7∶1时,单体转化率较大、聚合稳定性高,乳胶膜的耐水性好且达到疏水状态,水接触角为97°,为自清洁作用提供了有利基础;室外试验也证明了60天后喷涂含氟丙烯酸酯乳液的铝塑板耐沾污效果最好。Aiming at the problems of easy pollution and high cleaning cost on the surface of buildings,fluorinated acrylate emulsion with core/shell structure was synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate(BA),methyl methacrylate(MMA),methacrylic acid(MAA)and twelve fluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFHMA).The effects of fluorine monomer dosage and core/shell mass ratio on emulsion polymerization,water resistance and surface wettability of latex f ilm were studied.The self-cleaning effect of the coating after 60 days in outdoor was compared and evaluated.The results showed that when the dosage of DFHMA was 5%and the core/shell ratio was 7∶1,there was the large monomer conversion,the high polymerization stability and the water resistance of the latex f ilm was good,the surface was hydrophobic and the water contact angle was 97°,which provided a favorable basis for self-cleaning.The outdoor test also proved that the antifouling effect of the aluminum plastic plate coated with fluorinated acrylate emulsion was the best after 60 days.
