摘  要:4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)是一种重要的高分子单体,在高新技术产品上应用广泛。文章综述了4,4′-二氨基二苯醚的生产路线和工艺,首选的工业方法是4,4′-二硝基二苯醚催化加氢。以对硝基氯苯、对硝基酚钠为原料,通过缩合、催化加氢及精制工序制得高品质的4,4′-二氨基二苯醚。重点介绍镍基催化剂、连续催化加氢、4,4′-二硝基二苯醚和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚精制的最新进展。目前的研究热点是开发非贵金属的高活性加氢催化剂,实现催化加氢连续化,优化精制工艺,降低能耗和生产成本。4,4′-Diaminodiphenyl ether is an important polymer monomer,which is widely used in high-tech products.The production route and process of 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether were reviewed.The preferred industrial method is catalytic hydrogenation of 4,4’-dinitrodiphenyl ether.With p-nitrochlorobenzene and sodium 4-nitrophenoxide as raw material,high quality 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether was produced by condensation,catalytic hydrogenation and ref ining.The new progress of nickelbased catalyst,continuous catalytic hydrogenation,the ref ining of 4,4′-dinitrodiphenyl ether and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether was introduced emphatically.The current research focus is to develop high activity hydrogenation catalysts for non-precious metals,realize continuous catalytic hydrogenation,optimize the ref ining process,and reduce energy consumption and production cost.
