摘  要:本文以重庆电网公司提出的一次调频考核“两项细则”为依据,详细分析了机组一次调频的响应特性和机组原有的一次调频控制方案,结合公司汽轮机高压调节阀的流量特性及机组正常运行时的滑压曲线,按照既要最大限度满足“两项细则”考核的要求,又要保证机组安全稳定运行的原则,提出了一次调频优化的具体方案。该方案优化了一次调频动作判断、一次调频动作指令、一次调频动作对主蒸汽压力的影响、一次调频与AGC反向、调节阀特性曲线的重叠度等,解决了以往一次调频考核电量较多、工况适应性差、汽轮机调速系统运行不稳定的问题,一次调频月合格率由75%左右提升到了95%以上。This paper to Chongqing power grid company proposed a frequency modulation assessment“two rules”,a detailed analysis of the unit of a frequency modulation control scheme,combined with the flow characteristics of turbine high pressure regulating valve and unit sliding curve of normal operation,according to the maximum to meet the requirements of the“two rules”assessment,and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit principle,put forward a specific scheme of frequency modulation optimization.The scheme optimized a frequency modulation action judgment,a frequency modulation action instruction,a frequency modulation action influence on the main steam pressure,a frequency modulation and AGC reverse,regulating valve characteristic curve overlap,etc.,solved the previous frequency assessment power is more,poor adaptability,steam turbine speed regulation system operation is not stable,a FM month qualified rate rose from about 75%to more than 95%.
