摘 要:新一代信息技术的出现加快了传统园区的转型升级,推动了智慧园区的建设和发展,智慧园区已经成为知识创新、智慧创造、专利发明的重要载体。本文将针对智慧园区建设模式进行研究,在明确相关理论的基础上,分析一下几种主流建设模式的优缺点,同时参考国际智慧园区建设和发展经验,提出我国智慧园区建设的优化策略,有利于解决智慧园区建设面临的困境,促进智慧园区与产业联动发展,实现智慧产出效率和价值的最大化。The emergence of a new generation of information technology has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of traditional parks and promoted the construction and development of smart parks.Smart parks have become an important carrier ofknowledge innovation,intelligent creation and patent invention.The paper will study the construction mode of smart parks.On the basis of clarifying relevant theories,it will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream construction modes.At the same time,referring to the construction and development experience of international smart parks,it will propose optimization strategies for the construction of smart parks in China,which will help solve the difficulties faced by the construction of smart parks,promote the coordinated development of smart parks and industries,andmaximize the efficiency andvalueof smartoutput.
