摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道微生态检测与传统白带常规镜检涂片方式不同对检验结果的影响。方法:选择2020年4月-2021年3月长治市人民医院检验科接收的500例阴道微生态检测标本作为研究对象,采用菌液滴注和滚动涂片两种方式制片进行阴道分泌物检测。比较2种涂片方式对菌群密集度、Nugent评分、白带清洁度的检测结果。结果:阴道清洁度、菌群密集度、Nugent评分两组结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:菌液滴注涂片更均匀,对结果影响更小,优于传统滚动涂片方式。Objective:To explore the influence of two different smear methods on the results of vaginal microecological detection.Methods:500 samples of vaginal microecology were selected as the research objects from April 2020 to March 2021,and vaginal secretions were detected by bacterial droplets and rolling smears.The detection results of bacterial community density,Nugent score and leucorrhea cleanliness were compared between the two smear methods.Results:There were statistically significant differences in vaginal cleanliness,microflora concentration and Nugent score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bacteriological drip smear is more uniform and has less influence on the results,which is better than the traditional rolling smear.
