摘 要:目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒相关肝癌患者外周血PIVKA-Ⅱ表达情况及其与HBVDNA载量之间的相关性。方法:收集2020年10月-2023年1月期间本院收治的111例肝癌患者,按照HBsAg及HBVDNA表达情况分为A、B、C、D四组,分析各组患者PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平,探讨乙肝病毒相关肝癌患者PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平与HBV DNA载量之间的相关性。结果:HBV相关肝癌患者PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平明显高于非HBV相关肝癌患者,且HBVDNA高载量组肝癌患者PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平明显高于低载量组及HBVDNA低于检测下限组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平与HBVDNA载量成正相关(r=0.496,P<0.001)。结论:乙肝病毒相关肝癌患者PIVKA-Ⅱ表达水平与HBVDNA载量之间具有显著的相关性,有助于临床评估患者的疾病进展并进行综合治疗。Objective:To investigate the expression of PIVKA-II in patients with hepatitis B virus-associated liver cancer and its relationship with HBV DNA load.Methods:A total of 111 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to January 2023 were collected,and the expression of HBsAg and HBV DNA was divided into non-HBV-related group,HBV DNA lower than lower detection limit,HBV DNA low load group and HBV DNA high load group,and the expression level of PIVKA-II.In patients with hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer was analyzed,and the correlation between PIVKA-II.Expression level and HBV DNA load in patients with hepatitis B virus-related liver cancer was explored.Results:The expression level of PIVKA-II in HBV-related HCC patients was significantly higher than that in patients with non-HBV-associated HCC,and the expression level of PIVKA-II.In the HBV DNA group was significantly higher than that in the low load group and lower than the lower limit of HBV DNA,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that PIVKA-II.Expression levels were positively correlated with HBV DNA load(r=0.496,P<0.001).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between PIVKA-II.Expression level and HBV DNA load in patients with hepatitis B virus-associated liver cancer.
