摘 要:以四种不同取代基的苯氧基单茂钛配合物为主催化剂,与三异丁基铝、阳离子硼酸盐形成催化体系,催化乙烯与1-辛烯共聚,利用DSC,GPC等方法对共聚物进行表征,探索了不同取代基的苯氧基单茂钛配合物与不同阳离子的硼酸盐对共聚的影响,以及聚合条件对共聚以及共聚物性能的影响。实验结果表明,该催化体系下得到的共聚物密度为0.86~0.88 g/cm^(3),与通用乙烯基弹性体密度相似;在合适条件下,该催化体系的共聚活性可达4.94×10^(6)g/mol。Four phenoxy half-titanocene complexes with different substituents were used as main catalysts respectively and form a catalytic system with triisobutyl aluminum and cationic borate for the copolymerization of ethylene and 1-octene.The copolymer were characterized by DSC and GPC.The effects of phenoxy half-titanocene complexes with different substituents and borates with different cations on copolymerization were explored.Further,the effect of polymerization conditions on the copolymerization reaction and the performance of the copolymer were explored.The experimental results show that the copolymer density is 0.86-0.88 g/cm^(3),which is similar to the general ethylene-based elastomer.In suitable conditions,the copolymerization activity of the catalytic system can reach 4.94×10^(6)g/mol.
