端羧基超支化聚酰胺-胺的制备及阻垢性能

摘  要:通过Michael加成和酰胺化反应,分别以乙二胺(EDA)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)和三乙烯四胺(TETA)为中心核,丙烯酸甲酯为单体合成了超支化聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM),再以马来酸酐作封端剂制备了端羧基超支化PAMAM阻垢剂。利用FTIR、元素分析、^(1)H NMR、TG、UV-Vis、SEM等方法分析了结构,并考察了阻垢剂的阻垢性能。实验结果表明,PAMAM(EDA)-COOH,PAMAM(DETA)-COOH,PAMAM(TETA)-COOH均具有良好的热稳定性,在70℃、pH=7、16 h、投加量400 mg/L的条件下,对CaSO_(4)垢的阻垢率分别为96.4%,95.1%,94.9%,对CaCO_(3)垢的阻垢率分别为90.2%,89.9%,88.9%,优于市售阻垢剂。所合成的阻垢剂具有耐高温、pH应用范围广、分散性能优异等优点,可通过使钙垢发生晶型转变和晶格畸变,而抑制钙垢晶体生长。端羧基超支化PAMAM阻垢剂的阻垢能力与超支化分子结构和末端基团有关。Hyperbranched polyamide-amines(PAMAM)were synthesized by Michael addition and amidation reactions with ethylenediamine(EDA),diethylenetriamine(DETA)and triethylenetetramine(TETA)as central core and methyl acrylate as monomer.Then the carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched PAMAM scale inhibitors were prepared with maleic anhydride as capping agent.The structure of the scale inhibitors were analyzed by FTIR,elemental analysis,^(1)H NMR,TG,UV-Vis,SEM,and their scale inhibitions performance were investigated.The results indicate that PAMAM(EDA)-COOH,PAMAM(DETA)-COOH and PAMAM(TETA)-COOH all have good thermal stability,and under the conditions of 70℃,pH=7,16 h and addition amount 400 mg/L,their scale inhibition rate reaches 96.4%,95.1%,94.9%for CaSO_(4) scale,and 90.2%,89.9%,88.9%for CaCO_(3) scale,respectively,which are better than commercial scale inhibitors.The synthesized scale inhibitors have advantages of high temperature resistance,wide pH application range and excellent dispersion performance.It can cause crystal transformation and lattice distortion,thus inhibiting the growth of calcium scale crystal.The scale inhibition ability of carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched PAMAM scale inhibitors are related to their hyperbranched molecular structures and terminal groups.
