摘 要:单原子催化剂具有极高的原子利用效率、高反应活性以及产物选择性,在工业催化等领域具有广阔的应用前景。因同步辐射光源的X射线精细结构吸收谱(XAFS)对电子结构和近程原子排列高度敏感,是单原子催化剂研究的强有力表征手段。综述了XAFS在单原子催化剂精细结构表征中的研究进展,介绍了原位反应条件下XAFS在催化剂构效关系中的应用情况,并指出XAFS技术在单原子催化剂开发中的应用前景与挑战。Due to the high atomic utilization efficiency,high reactivity,and high product selectivity,single-atom catalysts have demonstrated broad application prospects in the fields of industrial catalysis.X-ray absorption fine structure spectrum(XAFS)based on synchrotron radiation facility is highly sensitive to the electronic structure and short-range atomic arrangement,so it has been regarded as a powerful characterization method in the study of single-atom catalysts.The recent progress of XAFS for characterizing the fine structure of single-atom catalysts is summarized.The application of XAFS in investigation of the structure-activity relationship of catalysts under in-situ reaction conditions is also introduced.Furthermore,the prospect and challenge of XAFS in development of single-atom catalysts are also presented.
