摘　　要：肥胖是体内脂肪过度蓄积导致健康损害的一种机体状态,其根本原因是由于机体能量摄入大于能量消耗而导致的代谢异常。肥胖与多种疾病密切相关,且发病率逐年攀升,已成为全世界面临的严峻问题。然而,目前各国减肥药物在市数量极少,远不能满足市场需求。近年来,随着对肥胖生理病理机制的深入研究,一系列新靶点新药物被发现具有良好的减肥前景。本文旨在总结阐明肥胖的发生机制,更新减肥相关药物及靶点的最新进展,以期为减肥药物研究的未来发展提供方向。Obesity is a state characterized by excessive accumulation of body fat,which is closely related to other metabolic diseases.The metabolic dysfunction caused by energy intake overweighing energy expenditure is the main cause of obesity.Now obesity has become a social issue worldwide,with its incidence increasing year by year.However,the approved weight loss drugs is extremely limited and far insufficient to meet the market demand.In recent years,with the in-depth research on the physiological and pathological mechanisms of obesity,a series of innovative drugs with novel targets have been found,with promising prospects for body weight control.This review summarized latest researches on weight loss targets and weight loss drugs,and provides an outlook on the future trends of weight loss drug development.
