摘　　要：实验动物人道终点作为3R原则中优化原则的主要体现和应用,已被国际社会所认可并形成了完善的法律法规体系,伴随着我国在实验动物福利伦理方面所取得的巨大进步,实验动物人道终点的实践也得到了较大的应用和发展。通过对动物人道终点的判定原则和方法进行探讨,在最大程度保障动物福利的前提下,有效保证了动物实验数据的真实性、准确性和完整性,为从事动物实验的研究人员提供了一定的参考。As the main embodiment and application of the optimization principles of 3R principles,experimental animal humane endpoint has been recognized by the international community and formed a perfect system of laws and regulations.along with the great progress made in the field of experimental animal welfare ethics,the practice of experimental animal humane endpoint is also greatly applied and developed.By discussing the determination principles and methods of animal humane end points,the authenticity,accuracy and integrity of animal experimental data are effectively guaranteed under the premise of maximizing the protection of animal welfare,which provides a certain reference for researchers engaged in animal experiments.[JP]
