摘　　要：方志敏是伟大的无产阶级革命家、军事家、杰出的农民运动领袖,闽浙赣革命根据地的创建人。在他一生的成长和革命历程中,逐渐形成了优良的方志敏式家风,其基本内涵主要表现为刻苦学习、追求进步的勤勉学风,坚定信仰、至死不渝的思想作风,公正廉洁、以身作则的工作作风,艰苦朴素、甘于清贫的生活作风。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的今天,方志敏家风对于党员领导干部家风建设依然具有重要的现实启示,为党员领导干部树立终身学习理念、始终坚定理想信念、恪守清正廉洁底线、保持艰苦奋斗作风提供了光辉典范。Fang Zhimin is a great proletarian revolutionist,a strategist,an outstanding pioneer of the peasant movement,and the founder of Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi revolutionary base area.In his life of growth and revolution,a good Fang Zhimin family tradition was gradually formed,its basic connotation is mainly embodied in the diligent study style of hard study and the pursuit of progress,the ideological style of firm belief and unswerving to death,the work style of fair and honest,leading by example,and the life style of hard work and simple,willing to live in poverty.Today,as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,Fang Zhimin's family tradition still has important practical enlightenment for the construction of party members'leading cadres,which provides a shining example for party members to establish the concept of lifelong learning,always firm their ideals and beliefs,abide by the bottom line of honesty and integrity,and maintain the tradition of hard struggle.
