摘 要:【目的】筛选适宜红花石蒜(Lycoris radiata)产业化栽培的丛枝菌根真菌(AMF),揭示其对红花石蒜植株及根际土壤养分的影响。【方法】以摩西斗管囊霉(FM)和根内根孢囊霉(RI)为试验菌剂,分别采用单接和混合双接的方式对人工气候箱内的盆栽石蒜进行接种,并测定不同生长时期的根系侵染率以及根际土壤和植株不同器官内的全N、全P和全K含量。【结果】(1)3种不同AMF处理组的根系侵染率差异明显,由高到低依序表现为FM+RI>RI>FM;在生长前期以RI组的根系侵染率最高(达92.00%),而在生长后期则以FM+RI组的侵染率最高(达93.67%)。(2)接种AMF可以有效提高根际土壤中的N、P、K的积累,尤其能显著提高土壤中的全P含量,且混合接菌的改善效果优于单一接菌处理;与CK相比,在展叶期、叶旺长期、叶成熟期和叶黄枯期,FM+RI组石蒜的根际土壤全P含量分别增加了19.15%、27.91%、15.22%和20.00%。(3)接种AMF也可以显著增加石蒜各器官中的N、P、K积累,尤其能显著促进植株对N的吸收。(4)与叶片和根系相比,接菌处理对鳞茎的全N含量增加影响最显著,RI组鳞茎全N含量在叶旺长期、叶成熟期和叶黄枯期分别较CK增加了32.80%、44.92%和49.92%。(5)通过主成分分析将各性状提取为3个主成分因子,其累计贡献率达84.18%。根据综合评价得分高低,各菌剂对红花石蒜养分含量的改善效果由好到差依序表现为RI、FM、FM+RI。【结论】不同AMF对宿主植物红花石蒜根系的侵染能力不同,从侵染速度和最终侵染率看,以RI接菌组的综合效果最好。接种AMF真菌可以有效地提高红花石蒜的根际土壤肥力,并增加植株不同器官中N、P、K的积累,且RI对植株体内养分含量影响最大。综合来看,以RI处理的促进效应最佳,可考虑用于石蒜的产业化生产中。[Objective]This study aims to screen out the suitable arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)for the industrial cultivation of Lycoris radiata(L’Herit.),and reveal their effects on the nutrients of Lycoris radiata plants and rhizosphere soil.[Method]The experiment was conducted by using Funneliformis mosseae(FM)and Rhizophagus intraradices(RI)as inoculants.The potted Lycoris radiata in the artificial climate box was inoculated by single inoculation and mixed double inoculation respectively.The root colonization rate and total nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in different organs of plants and in the rhizosphere soil at different growth stages were measured.[Result]The results showed that:1)The root infestation rates of the three different AMF treatment groups differed significantly,with FM+RI>RI>FM;the highest root infestation rate was found in the RI group(92.00%)in the early growth period,while the highest infestation rate was found in the FM+RI group(93.67%)in the late growth period;2)Inoculating AMF can effectively increase the accumulation of N,P,and K in the rhizosphere soil,especially a significant increase in total P content,and the improvement effect of mixed inoculation is better than that of single inoculation.Compared with CK,the total phosphorus content of Lycoris radiata in the FM+RI group increased by 19.15%,27.91%,15.22%,and 20.00% during leaf expansion,leaf vigor,leaf maturity,and leaf wilting stages,respectively.3)Inoculation with AMF can also significantly increase the accumulation of N,P,and K in different organs of Lycoris radiata,especially for promoting the absorption of N by the plant.4)Compared with leave and root,the impact of inoculation on the total N content of the bulb was the most significant.The total N content of bulbs in RI group increased by 32.80%,44.92% and 49.92% respectively compared with CK at leaf vigorous growth stage,leaf mature stage and leaf yellow withered stage.5)Through principal component analysis,the various traits were extracted into three principal component factors
