摘　　要：本研究旨在构建一个用于评价黑龙江省民营企业健康发展的指标体系。文章通过文献综述分析了民营经济在税收、GDP、技术创新、劳动就业和扩大企业数量规模等方面的重要作用,并深入探讨了影响民营经济健康发展的多个因素,包括企业数量、规模、效益、竞争力以及政府政策等。基于这些分析,本研究提出了一套全面、系统的评价指标,包括经济效益、社会影响和可持续性等方面。这一评价体系不仅有助于更准确地衡量民营经济的健康状况,也为政府、企业和研究人员提供了有用的参考依据。最后,文章以黑龙江省为例,进行了实证研究,验证了该指标体系的有效性和可行性。总体来说,本文为理解和促进民营经济的健康、可持续发展提供了新的理论和实践视角。This study aims to construct an evaluative framework for the healthy development of the private sector economy in Heilongjiang Province.Through a comprehensive literature review,the paper analyzes the pivotal role that the private sector plays in taxation,GDP,technological innovation,employment,and the expansion of enterprise scale.Additionally,this research delves into various factors influencing the healthy growth of the private sector,including the number of enterprises,scale,efficacy,competitiveness,and governmental policies.Based on these analyses,the study introduces a holistic set of evaluation indicators encompassing economic benefits,social impact,and sustainability.This framework not only facilitates a more accurate measurement of the health status of the private sector economy but also serves as a useful reference for policymakers,businesses,and researchers.Finally,utilizing Heilongjiang Province as a case study,the paper conducts empirical research to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation framework.Overall,this study offers new theoretical and practical perspectives for understanding and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the private sector economy.
