摘  要:本文主要研究西安沣东地区中深层地热能供暖的能源储量及适用条件。结合西安沣东沣和苑项目工程实例,介绍中深层地热能同轴套管式换热器技术及项目供暖设计方案。建立中深层地热套管式换热器数值模型,确定边界条件,模拟地埋管换热器的流场及温度场情况,得到地埋管的换热量及出口温度情况。从环境影响方面,计算全年耗热量,并对比地源热泵与生物质能在供暖方面的节能减排效果。This paper mainly studies the energy reserves and applicable conditions of middle-deep geothermal heating in Fengdong area of Xi'an.Based on the engineering example of Fengheyuan Project in Fengdong,Xi'an,the technology of coaxial tube heat exchanger for middle-deep geothermal energy and the project heating design scheme are introduced.The numerical model of middle-deep geothermal tube heat exchanger was established,the boundary conditions were determined,the flow field and temperature field of the buried pipe heat exchanger were simulated,and the heat exchange and outlet temperature of the buried pipe were obtained.From the aspect of environmental impact,the annual heat consumption is calculated,and the energy-saving and emission reduction effects of ground source heat pump and biomass energy in heating are compared.
