钢筋混凝土盾构管片预制环保型生产工艺研究

摘　　要：钢筋混凝土盾构管片的生产工序繁琐,管片在服役期间易出现穿透性裂缝,为此提出钢筋混凝土盾构管片预制环保型生产工艺。基于钢筋混凝土盾构管片的结构、拼装形式、承载力等生产参数,以制作钢筋骨架、安装模板、浇筑混凝土的工艺流程,完成钢筋混凝土盾构管片的预制环保型生产。实例结果表明,设计工艺生产的盾构管片质量良好,表现出优越的抗裂性能。The production process of reinforced concrete shield segment is complicated,and the segment is prone to penetrating cracks during its service.Therefore,an environmental protection production process of precast reinforced concrete shield segment is proposed.Based on the production parameters of reinforced concrete shield segment,such as structure,assembling form and bearing capacity,the prefabricated environmental protection production of reinforced concrete shield segment is completed by the technological process of making reinforced skeleton,installing formwork and pouring concrete.The example results show that the shield segment produced by the design process has good quality and excellent crack resistance.
