摘　　要：科技成果转化就是将创新成果转变为“生产力”,推动科技成果转化是社会经济发展的需要。因此本文选择以政府和企业为研究对象,基于演化博弈视角,构建政府和企业科技成果转化的演化博弈模型,分析系统演化的稳定策略,并运用MATLAB进行模拟仿真,探讨不同变量对企业科技成果转化的影响。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is to transform innovative achievements into"productivity",and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the need of social and economic development.Therefore,this paper chooses to take the government and enterprises as the research object,based on the perspective of evolutionary game,to construct an evolutionary game model for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of governments and enterprises,analyze the stability strategy of system evolution,and use MATLAB to simulate and discuss the impact of different variables on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises.
