摘 要:基于双向搅拌粉喷桩技术和物联网技术,研发了智能化双向搅拌粉喷桩技术,进行了成桩质量控制现场试验,并与常规单向搅拌粉喷桩、双向搅拌粉喷桩技术进行了对比分析。结果表明,智能化双向搅拌粉喷桩的桩身整体上具有更高的强度,且无论在深层还是浅层,均能保持良好的完整性和加固效果;智能化施工技术有效保证了水泥粉与土体的充分搅拌,使得桩身质量的离散性相对较低;单向搅拌粉喷桩的桩身强度变异系数相对较大,双向搅拌粉喷桩桩身强度的变异系数处于上述两者之间。Based on the bidirectional mixing powder spraying pile technology and the Internet of Things technology,an intelligent bidirectional mixing powder spraying pile technology has been developed.Field tests on pile quality control have been conducted,and a comparative analysis has been conducted with conventional unidirectional mixing powder spraying pile and bidirectional mixing powder spraying pile technologies.The results show that the intelligent bidirectional mixing powder spraying pile has higher overall strength,and can maintain good integrity and reinforcement effect in both deep and shallow layers;Intelligent construction technology effectively ensures sufficient mixing of cement powder and soil,resulting in relatively low dispersion of pile body quality;The coefficient of variation of the pile body strength of unidirectional mixing powder spraying pile is relatively large,and the coefficient of variation of the pile body strength of bidirectional mixing powder spraying pile is between the above two.
