摘 要:受极端天气带来的影响,临江城市内涝问题愈发严重,为满足城市防洪、地面排水防涝等需求,提出临江城市防洪排涝水系规划利用的分析与研究。以雅安市为规划区域,首先结合现状水系进行水系总体布局的规划,其次根据水系水文分析数据建设防洪排涝体系,最后通过整治污水与雨水资源实现城市水体利用的规划。规划后城市年径流总量控制率为75%~88%,满足国家相关标准,表明设计方案在降低临江城市雨水径流、削减洪峰方面具有一定效果。Under the influence of extreme weather,the urban waterlogging problem in Linjiang has become more and more serious.In order to meet the needs of urban flood control and surface drainage,this paper puts forward the analysis and research on the planning and utilization of the urban flood control and drainage system in Linjiang.Taking Ya'an City as the planning area,the overall layout of the water system was first planned according to the current water system,then the flood control and drainage system was constructed according to the hydrological analysis data of the water system,and finally the urban water utilization planning was realized through the regulation of sewage and rainwater resources.After the planning,the total annual runoff control rate is 75%~88%,which meets the relevant national standards,indicating that the design scheme has a certain effect in reducing urban rainwater runoff and reducing flood peak.
