彝族“坨坨肉”食俗文化:基于饮食人类学视角的解读

摘　　要：彝族在创造中华饮食文化方面作出了自己的贡献,在漫长的历史演进中,形成了自身相对稳定的生计模式及相应的饮食文化。彝族的生活方式决定了坨坨肉成为其饮食文化的核心,坨坨肉的制作与食用方法体现了彝族独特的饮食习俗。在日常饮食、待客礼仪、传统节日、人生礼仪、祭祀礼仪等方面,充分展示出坨坨肉食俗在彝族社会体系中融合性。坨坨肉食俗具有民族性、地域性、交融性、分享性、层次性、纯洁性和仪式性等文化特性,是凝聚彝族社会文化认同的代表性符号,发挥着多方面的社会功能。坨坨肉食俗是联络民族感情、社会互动和增进各民族交往交流交融的主要途径之一,这对促进各民族文化交流有积极意义。The Yi people have made their own contributions to creating Chinese dietary culture,which coexists and grows with the Chinese nation's dietary culture.Over the long historical evolution,they have formed their own relatively stable livelihood model and corresponding dietary culture.The livelihood of the Yi people determines that tuotuo meat has become the core of their dietary culture,and the production and consumption methods of Tuotuo meat reflect the unique dietary customs of the Yi people.In terms of daily diet,hospitality etiquette,traditional festivals,life etiquette,and sacrificial rituals,it fully demonstrates the integration of tuotuo meat eating customs in the Yi social system.The Tuotuo meat eating custom has such cultural characteristics as nationality,regionalism,blending,sharing,hierarchy,purity and ritual.It is a representative symbol that condenses the cultural identity of the Yi society and plays a variety of social functions.The tuotuo meat eating customs are one of the main ways to connect ethnic emotions,social interaction,and enhance the exchange and integration of various ethnic groups,which has positive significance for promoting cultural exchanges among different ethnic groups.
