摘 要:针对部分矿井使用的提升机二级制动液压站存在不能并联冗余的缺陷,创新设计了安全制动回油通道并联冗余的带减压阀的二级制动液压站,采用AMEsim仿真分析对比所设计的带减压阀的二级制动液压站在高油压下的工作性能,并对液压站在工作制动、井口一级安全制动工况下的性能进行仿真分析验证,确保了液压站工作可靠性,保证了矿井安全生产。Based on the problem such as the inability to parallel redundancy of the two-stage brake hydraulic station of the hoist used in some mines,a two-stage brake hydraulic station with reducing valve in parallel redundancy of the safety brake return channel is innovatively designed.The performance of the designed two-stage brake hydraulic station with reducing valve under high oil pressure is analyzed and compared by using AMEsim.The performance of the hydraulic station under working braking and first-level safety braking at the wellhead is simulated and verified,which ensures the reliability of the hydraulic station and the safety of the mine production.
