摘 要:针对桑树坪煤矿3317工作面穿层钻孔“两堵一注”封孔质量差、浓度衰减速度快的问题,确定了穿层钻孔漏气的主要位置,提出了“三堵两注”封孔工艺,并在桑树坪煤矿3317运输巷底板巷进行现场验证。实践结果表明,使用“三堵两注”高效密封技术后效果显著,瓦斯浓度衰减速度明显降低且抽采浓度提高了20%以上,充分验证了该工艺能够加强钻孔的密封性,实现钻孔瓦斯的高效抽采。Aiming at the problem of poor sealing quality and fast concentration attenuation rate of"two plugging and one injection"in No.3317 working face of Sangshuping Coal Mine,the main location of gas leakage in cross-layer boreholes was determined firstly.Secondly,the"three plugging and two injection"sealing process was proposed.Finally,the field verification was carried out in No.3317 transportation and floor roadway of Sangshuping Coal Mine.The practical results show that the use of"three plugging and two injection"efficient sealing technology has a significant effect,the gas concentration attenuation rate is significantly reduced and the extraction concentration is increased by more than 20%,which fully verifies that the process can strengthen the sealing of boreholes and realize the efficient extraction of borehole gas.
