摘  要:针对穿层巷道交叉贯通期间处于中等冲击危险区域以及贯通期间应力集中的问题,以张双楼煤矿23910工作面溜子道和溜子道联络巷交叉贯通掘进为背景,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟方法,分析了贯通期间的应力分布情况及不同穿层阶段演化规律,制定了贯通阶段的冲击地压监测方法和防治技术方案。结果表明,联络巷穿不同岩性期间,应力集中程度不同,穿细砂岩段期间,超前支承压力峰值低于36.57 MPa;穿泥岩段时,超前支承压力显著增大,支承压力峰值为39.08 MPa,应力集中系数1.3;穿9煤阶段时,超前支承压力下降至37.55 MPa。联络巷开挖距贯通20 m以上时,帮部煤体垂直应力差异不大,距联络巷贯通10 m时,该处煤体垂直应力出现拐点,贯通后该处垂直应力大幅提高,增长约8 MPa,比原垂直应力增加了17.4%。研究结果对穿层巷道贯通期间冲击地压防治具有实践指导意义。In response to the problem of being in a medium impact risk area and stress concentration during the cross connection period of the through layer roadway,taking the cross connection excavation of the chute and the chute connecting roadway in the 23910 working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine as the background,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation method was used to analyze the stress distribution during the cross connection period and the evolution law of different through layer stages.The monitoring method and prevention technology plan for the impact ground pressure during the cross connection stage were developed.The results show that the stress concentration varies during the passage of the connecting roadway through different lithology,and during the passage of the fine sandstone section,the peak value of the advance bearing pressure is less than 36.57 MPa.When passing through the mudstone section,the advance bearing pressure significantly increases,with a peak bearing pressure of 39.08 MPa and a stress concentration coefficient of 1.3.When passing through the 9th coal stage,the advance bearing pressure drops to 37.55 MPa.When the excavation distance of the connecting roadway is more than 20 meters from the connection,there is little difference in the vertical stress of the coal body at the side.When the distance is 10 meters from the connection roadway,there is a turning point in the vertical stress of the coal body at this point.After the connection,the vertical stress at this point increases significantly,increasing by about 8 MPa,which is 17.4%higher than the original vertical stress.The research results have practical guiding significance for the prevention and control of rock burst during the penetration of layered tunnels.
