摘 要:新汶矿区主要开采2、4、6、11、13、15号煤层,已有近80年的开采历史,目前有良庄煤矿、孙村煤矿、协庄煤矿和华丰煤矿等生产矿井。长期的开采形成了大面积分布的采空区,尤其是在矿区浅部,近煤系露头处地表水—第四系水—老空水具有密切的水力联系,柴汶河自东向西流经煤系露头,汛期涌水量增大成为矿井重要的补给水源,对矿井安全造成了很大威胁。2007—2014年,新矿集团采用河床铺底、砌坝护坡、修筑矸石大坝、回填取土采沙坑以及采空区注浆充填等手段,对柴汶河及其支流进行长期治理,先后投入近3亿元资金,治理取得了显著效果,沿河矿井汛期涌水量明显减少。但近煤系露头处地表水—第四系水—老空水仍有一定水力联系,为防止地表水由采空区域渗漏或泄露井下,有效堵截过水通道,新矿集团协庄煤矿实施了东翼注浆封堵工程,消除柴汶河与矿井浅部水平水力联系,以减小矿井浅部涌水量,取得了较好的效果。Xinwen mining area mainly mining 2,4,6,11,13,15 coal seams,has nearly 80 years of mining history.At present,there are Liangzhuang Coal Mine,Suncun Coal Mine,Xiezhuang Coal Mine and Huafeng Coal Mine and other production mines.Long-term mining has formed a large area of distribution of goaf,especially in the shallow part of the mining area,near the outcrop of coal measures of surface water,quaternary water and goaf water has a close hydraulic relationship,Chaiwen River from east to west through the outcrop of coal measures,the flood season water increase becomes an important supply water source for the mine,causing a great threat to the safety of the mine.From 2007 to 2014,the New Mining Group has carried out long-term treatment of the Chaiwen River and its tributaries by means of riverbed bedding,dam protection,gangue dam construction,backfilling sand pit and goaf grouting,etc.Nearly 300 million yuan has been invested in the treatment,and remarkable results have been achieved.The flood season water inflow of mines along the river has been significantly reduced.However,there is still a certain hydraulic connection between surface water,quaternary water and goaf water near the outcrop of coal measures.In order to prevent surface water leakage or leakage from the goaf area and effectively block the water passage,Xiezhuang Coal Mine of New Mining Group implemented the east wing grouting blocking project to eliminate the horizontal hydraulic connection between the Chaiwen River and the shallow part of the mine,so as to reduce the water inflow in the shallow part of the mine,which has achieved good result.
